Description
Brazilian Cerrado coffee is grown by small-scale farmers at high elevations on plateaus of rich soil called “Red Earth.” These beans are graded as Fine Cup and Strictly Soft.
With a light roast you can appreciate that these are low-acid beans. Sweet with toasted walnut tones and a surprising hint of smoke.

Roasted after you order them. Allow a few days for roasting and a week for delivery.
